Yoga and Meditation Workshop this Saturday

Maldon Neighbourhood Centre is holding its third Seasonal Yoga and Meditation Workshop to celebrate Spring. Join me this Saturday the 21st of September at the Maldon Neighbourhood Centre, at the corner of Church and Edwards Streets in Maldon for a day of postures and meditation.

 

10am – Registration and morning tea

10.15 am – Housekeeping

10.30am-12.30pm – Session 1

12.30pm – Lunch

1.15pm-1.30pm – Q&A

1.30pm-3.30pm – Session 2

3.30pm-4pm – Afternoon tea

 

What to bring with you:

Water bottle, yoga mat, cushion (if desired), loose, comfortable clothing that can be added and removed for comfort. Please advise if you do not have any of the above.

 

The cost of the workshop is $50 per person ($40 conc.) and includes lunch and afternoon tea. Places are limited and bookings are essential, so please contact Maldon Neighbourhood Centre to book. Phone: 03 5475 2093 or email info@maldonnc.org.au

Adults: $12

Newstead Community Centre

9 Lyons St, Newstead

Monday 9.30am – 11.30am

A class for those who are up for more of a challenge.

Wednesday 7pm – 8.30pm

Slightly less challenging than the Monday morning class.

Maryborough (new venue)

Guide Hall, 90 Napier St, Maryborough

Tuesday 7pm – 8.30pm

Requires average fitness, but can cater for injuries or limitations.

Wednesday 10am – 11.30am

Less demanding than the Tuesday evening class.

Majorca

Majorca Town Hall

Thursday 10am – 11.30am

A gentle class for people that require special consideration

Maldon

Maldon Neighbourhood Centre, 6 Francis St, Maldon

Friday 10am – 11.30am

A gentle class with the occasional challenge.

Castlemaine

Old tea rooms in the Castlemaine Botanical Gardens

Tuesday 10am – 11.30am

Run though Castlemaine Community House, this class takes place in the pretty old tea rooms in Castlemaine’s beautiful botanic gardens. It a great start for beginners, and caters for people with various abilities.
